ALMA massage offers you or your company Swedish massage, therapeutic treatments, massage courses and counselling. My name is Hélène Edling and I am a Licensed Swedish Massage Therapist. Besides that, I am biologist and I have experience and training from the Swedish health system.

Treatments:
I offer integrated massage including classic Swedish massage and Proprioreceptive Neuromuscular Facilitating (PNF). My treatments are inspired by Hawaiian healing massage, Yoga and other healing therapies, especially Reiki. They are also based on ideas from Feldenkrais and Los Dinzels.

The breathing techniques that I use during the treatments come from Yoga and meditation exercises.

I only use high-quality products in my treatments. The sheets and towels are made of 100% Swedish linen or 100% cotton. My Swedish-designed massage table is made of birch tree and leather.

I use various kinds of oil: Emu oil as the Australian Aboriginals used in their traditional massage, and Tibetan massage oil made of herbs from the Himalayas by chanting monks, and blessed by Dalai Lama.

According to your needs I also use wonderful aromatic oils made by the Swedish company Weleda. When I do work at your company I bring my equipment to give you the same high-quality treatments.
